So, I haven't updated my journal in over 6 months. Man, I've been neglecting dA big time. i pretty much submit art and leave now a days. Sorry for abusing you guys! I really do appreciate all the nice things I'm getting from you all! It makes me happy! Oh, and I got featured for the first time I believe. I was VERY excited about
that!

So, in the news of the real world (which is where I've been all this time) I've finished my Junior year up. I passed everything (thank God) and I'm going back to school again on August 6th. I've been out since May 22nd but for some reason I didn't think to update my journal with all this time. I'm jobless. I've been looking for a job since before I got out of school with no luck at all. I'm broke and I've paid for gas in change more times than I wanted this summer. So, I'm actually looking forward to going back to school because then I'll have something to do. I've been bored out of my mind! I was supposed to go on a missions trip this summer but it was canceled. Hopefully I'll be going to Haiti in October during the week of Halloween. I've been growing a sunflower garden which can be seen in my latest submissions.

I love you guys for all the nice things I've been getting but I haven't been able to respond to them. I don't take any of them for granted though. Also, I'm going to be submitting some of my stuff in for a local calender contest in prospect of winning 100 bucks. This is where I need your help:
tell me which of my pieces are your favourite (they have to be nature: flowers, landscape, seascape, etc.) Tell me in a comment. Just tell me the title and tell me why it's your favourite of mine. Only one of my prints can be selected as a winner for the contest but I can and I intend on submitting more than one to better my chances. Let me know!
